The delegates can vote on a resolution to abolish the current rules committee and create a new rules committee. That throws the entire GOP convention into screaming chaos.

You spend the time and tens of millions of dollars running a campaign and winning! Only to then be told when your delegates show up that they are not allowed in the room, while the republican party selects delegates that are anti-you.
