Trump can observe ‘we always lose’, but Trump has supported those whose promote and implement the policies that provide the losing.

The tweet is a simple statement of policy. There is nothing mocking or teasing about it. It doesn’t become mocking and teasing just because you imagine it in those terms. Had it been intended as mockery, Cruz would have given some indication of that fact. But he didn’t. He simply stated his position: security first, then legalization for all.
Your candidate is a serial liar. That is the only rational explanation.

But certainly not unprecedented, or especially uncommon for a medio-Cubano. If the rumors turn out to be true, and while I'm skeptical it wouldn't shock me if they are, it will be the hypocrisy and not the infidelity that does the damage. Which is always the weapon of the Left, who themselves have no morality but take on this persona when a Christian falls short.
Twitter users have a homepage just like Facebook users. Every tweet they make, unless and until they delete it, is displayed on their Twitter homepage. But some people choose to “Follow” a certain tweeter. This means that every time the person tweets, a copy of the tweet appears as email in their personal account.
Take me. I Follow Trump. I also visit his Twitter homepage. Typically I read his tweets at the latter site, because they are very conveniently displayed and easy to peruse.
You could, for example, visit Cruz’ Twitter homepage and read all his tweets. But only if you Follow him would his every tweet be sent to your personal account.
The idea that Cruz would bald faced lie to his most devoted followers is perverse. If he’s that much of a liar, keep him as far away from the Oval Office as possible.
