I think there is more importance placed on Wisconsin for Trump that is warranted. He will win delegates even if he does not win the state...which I think he will win regardless of Marquette’s poll.
But, more importantly Trump looks great moving forward for picking up a couple hundred more delegates in April.
What is amazing to me are the Cruz and Kasich supporters who know that their candidates cannot win the nomination prior to the convention. Yet, they are helping them to deprive the people of their choice. It is despicable.
Cruz is not trying to deprive ME of MY choice. Far from it.
My view is that if Trump wants it he ought to win it. I’ll be watching the NCAA Men’s BB tourney in a few days, and if my team is down by 15 at the half, I do in fact want them to come back to the court, and not default.
I think it’s nonsense and pishtosh for Trump backers to expect other candidates to bow out just to satisfy some pathological ego tripper.
So, far from despicable, it’s an honorable and proud tradition of fighting until the battle is won or lost. Fight on Ted!
I think most Trump supporters would agree he has had a bad week, whether polls (excluding Sruvey Monkey/ Morning Consult), the Lewandowski thing, the Heidi Cruz backlash, and the non-stop attacks from the Ryan-Walker cabal.
And in this terrible, very bad week Trump was the only candidate to gain delegates, 12 of ‘em from MO, even though there is no primary going on.
So it is not winner takes all?
Why does WI have so many delegates anyway when it is mostly a Dem state, and a low population compared to GA FL, VA etc
