I’m not saying that you need the Federal Government to fix healthcare and education. I think what he’s saying is that you need someone to fix what the Federal Government HAS DONE to healthcare and education.
He thinks getting ride of the Department of Education and Common Core and sending the decisions back to local communities is how you fix the problem now.

The question lacked specificity; education is a major government responsibility. His prior statements make clear that Trump knows that it is a LOCAL government responsibility. You all are just stretching, pathetically so.
