That YUGE news. After a week of hearing chortling about how Trump lost a few delegates down in Mississippi due to Cruz's manuervering.
BTW, Cruz on CNN now saying that only he or Trump can receive delegates at the convention due to Rule 40. He seems to be saying that the GOPe cannot insert one of their own.

No. It’s proportional. Similar to Missouri and Illinois. Winner of state gets delegates and then some proportion by Congressional District.
