Soul-free Universities
Accuracy in Academia ^ | March 25, 2016 | Spencer Irvine

There's something else that universities have missed in their diversity checklist.

"Because when we teach communism is good, capitalism is bad, when we teach self-actualization is the goal of the academy rather than selflessness and sacrifice and confession, when we teach arrogance and narcissism rather than humility in the classroom, why are we surprised to see a culture that is acting badly?" Oklahoma Wesleyan University President Dr. Everett Piper said to The Daily Caller’s Ginni Thomas, in a recent interview.

He believed that in order to "solve a culture's problem" and attempt to heal the soul, "you might [want] to start teaching those things in the classroom rather than the antithesis."

His article from November 2015, entitled, "This is a University, Not a Day Care," went viral and garnered a lot of media attention. A student at his university was offended by a sermon in a chapel session on love from the Bible in 1st Corinthians chapter 13. In Piper’s view, "1st Corinthians 13 is the quintessential love chapter of the Bible" and the student had to "throw down the victim card because he felt singled out." What was Piper's response? "You got to be kidding me," he told Thomas. The university president reiterated, "There was nothing in the sermon or chapel service that was political, or sarcastic, there was nothing offensive, it was a sermon on love." Piper said he told the offended student, "That uncomfortable feeling you had during that sermon, it's called your conscience, you might want to attend to it." He concluded, "There was a time when a good sermon was supposed to make you feel uncomfortable, it was supposed to make you feel you should confess your sins and not coddle you in your selfishness."

We’ve been doing 60s postmodern culture change for 50 years. Its not pretty. Its time for the pendulum to swing back and for decent family values to come back.

It can’t be done through legislation but if we get leaders who don’t care about PC and who understand the real world we might start the process.

Are universities ‘persons’, like corporations?

“Uni”verities are designed now to group and separate and program hate (no Reason and Logic which destroys Souls. It reduces man to animal only, just irrational animal emotions rule (communism/socialism/group think)—emotions tagged to concepts that will create chaos as all irrational culture does (just serfdom/slavery/peasant cultures exist with irrational worldview).

Originally, US universities all were based on Christian Ethics (founded by pastors/priests/Jesuits, which contained the wisdom of Greek Philosophy which understood that Freedom is impossible without Virtue formation in children. The Soul is nourished and virtue infused in childhood activities with loving, biological connections which connect the past and future and gives meaning and worth to individuals (v. group-think socialism where there is no probability of “thinking outside the box” (individualism)).

All ideology contains “faith” but just Christianity is the most rational faith in the history of man—both historical and rational—in line with Natural Law Theory because of Augustine of Hippo and Thomas Aquinas—the Platonist and Aristotelian.

Lazy, easy childhoods where children never learn to master Real Life emotions and skills (sit in front of programming screens/artificial environments) destroy virtue formation in children and true self-esteem formation (individualism), and create slaves (group think—fear of disagreeing with peers) (embed vice).

Truth (God) was banned from the universities in the 30s when the homosexual Marxists took over (the Ginsberg/Beat morality of sodomites)-—such Fabians as “Sugar Keynes of Harvard” infiltrated all the curricula (John Dewey Secular Humanism)-—in American “skools”— mandatory indoctrination centers to destroy Truth/Reason and Logic (Christian Worldview of the Age of Reason/US Constitution and Modern Science).

Only ONE worldview adopted the Socratic Method, Aristotelian Logic and Euclidean Proofs (critical, abstract thinking). There is no Reason and Logic in irrational satanism, humanism, paganism, atheism, etc——all where Up is Down and Vice is Virtue and history revisionism is the norm and God (truth/morality) is banned from the public square and schools.

Dostoevsky and Solzhenitsyn explained it well-—without God, everything is permissible. Without inner control (Virtue), you need State controls (outer control). Civil society collapses when children have no truth/transmission of culture, Common Sense which is only embedded inside the Natural Family, and understanding of history/family stories/truth (Wisdom and Courage to speak Truth (virtue)).

Emphasis on this ...

“Dostoevsky and Solzhenitsyn explained it well-—without God, everything is permissible. Without inner control (Virtue), you need State controls (outer control).

We must not allow evil to take over our Nation.

We are Americans. God bless AMERICA!

Sorry, Charlie, but I didn’t go to university with selflessness, sacrifice, and confession in mind (with a minor in self-flagellation?).

I have learned from recent events that for many many women that can’t tell up from down, the university is in fact day care

the women’s primary goal is to make a difference but they have no clue how to go about it.
