Documents reveal coordination between State, Clinton nonprofit

Documents released on Tuesday reveal that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's staff at the State Department coordinated with staff at the Clinton Global Initiative to help her thank the nonprofit's donors for their "commitments." The information, obtained by Judicial Watch through a Freedom of Information Act request, includes emails from 2009 that were exchanged between prominent staff members at both organizations.

"We can arrange it however HRC [Hillary Rodham Clinton] prefers," says one Aug. 24 email from Amitabh Desai, CGI's director of policy planning, in reference to the agenda that would be in place for one of the organization's events. "Ordinarily, WJC [William Jefferson Clinton] announces these and then either introduces a guest or a panel discussion."

Obama has a real dilemma. He is ideologically bound in his hatred of this country to ensure Hillary continues his legacy (on the basis of her promises). But the real problem is that the promises of her, like that two dick billygoat husband of hers are worthless.

If he were truly a prescient zealot hell bent on destroying this country, he would never indict her, because the true measure of a zealot is that success isn’t measured by individual recognition. However, Obama is fundamentally not that sort willing to forego recognition and acclaim for himself for the attainment of the overall goal. The ego must be fed.

What he refuses to recognize is that Hillary would make him the new “Bush Did it” scapegoat in her quest to attain all the power and wealth of the earth’s first Empress.

Wall Street whistleblower Charles Ortel quoted a former managing director of Dillon, Read & Co: "under New York law, tax authorities dont have to show criminal intent to get convictions against foundation officials."

Authorities need only show that the Clinton Foundation filed materially misleading financial information but kept on fundraising for a myriad of do-good projects.

POSTER'S NOTE The legal culpability of a charity consists of soliciting and taking money.... and showing how they spend it.

So if the Clinton Foundation raised money using the US mails and cited a specific "do-good cause" but used the donated money elsewhere, that is considered mail fraud.

Earlier, Ortel found irregularities of a sufficient magnitude that the Clinton Foundation should be shut down.

Ortel: if any of the 50 state attorneys general present the evidence to a federal district judge, an injunction would be ordered, shutting down the Clinton Foundation and placing the organization in receivership.

When he was doing his state senator crap in Chicago, it was about money. His wife would get no-show jobs and seats on corporate boards. He got low to no cost housing thru sham loans and discounted sale from cronies.

Even the Iran obsession is about money. Jarrett is by his side because she is the Bank of Islam connection to him.

Obama is busy seeking a foreign base to operate from and all the long term funding he can obtain. Somewhere where our laws can't have subpoena power. I'm sure he's already bought some compound somewhere outside our jurisdiction.
