There is new evidence senior Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) officials routinely use private email accounts to conduct government business, this time to pass along information from an energy lobbyist.
Michael J. Bradley, president and founder of an energy consulting firm that represents numerous green advocacy groups, described his preference for using a private email to communicate with EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy regarding an agency regulation, according to documents obtained by the Energy & Environment Legal Institute (E&E Legal) through a Freedom of Information Act request.
“Joe, Would you please send this email to Gina for me? I would have sent it to her directly with a cc to you but I don’t have a private email address for her and would prefer to not use an office email address,” Bradley emailed to EPA Senior Counsel Joe Goffman.

We have a rouge government that is a power unto itself. It isn’t subject to any oversight. It hides its motives and actions knowing that no one is powerful enough to stop it. This is why Jefferson said that revolution against government is necessary.
I sure hope that the MSM picks this up.
It should be a felony for a public official to use private e-mail to conduct government business. Serious violations should result in discharge from employment, forfeiture of all pension and related benefits, and prison time.
It’s time to shut down the EPA, the Department of Education, the Department of Commerce, and the IRS. We can go back and shut more departments/agencies down later, but start with those.
Note: If the president doesn’t have the authority to shut them down, he can issue an executive order prohibiting new hires during his tenure. Let them fade away until they’re small enough that it’s easier for Congress to do the right thing and dissolve them.

I’ve been saying this forever. The entire administration is running a “shadow government”. Take Hillary down, they all go down. The FBI already slipped up and admitted they have isolated up to 30 email addresses in connection.
This is obviously widespread and is being done intentionally to avoid scrutiny by superiors, prevent access to information in FOIA requests, and to undermine Congressional oversight. Congress should be very serious about attempts to usurp their authority. They need to pass a law prohibiting this punishable with a fine and jail time, and they can encourage compliance by giving the proceeds of the fine to the whistle-blower, even if that person was not the original recipient of the email.
Call it under the table deals that add to their back pockets with taxpayer dollars while We The People go broke. Meanwhile, our children and grandchildren bear the price for the next hundred years.
