Disney has made big movies like the upcoming Captain America: Civil War in Georgia, and with the state’s lucrative tax incentives likely has planned to make more – but maybe not now.
“Disney and Marvel are inclusive companies, and although we have had great experiences filming in Georgia, we will plan to take our business elsewhere should any legislation allowing discriminatory practices be signed into state law,” said a Disney spokesman today over a bill that the Georgia legislature has passed that would permit faith-based groups and organizations to discriminate based on sexuality.

Doesn’t this bill simply affirm that religious groups can control their own religion and their religious beliefs without being attacked and sued?

Many years ago Cincinnati had a housing ordinance that allowed landlords not to rent to homosexuals. The American Historical Association threatened to boycott. Nothing happened. If more states did this, ol Disney would be out of options.

Yes that’s right. IN today’s liberal politically correct world, this law is considered anti homosexual discriminatory legislation. That’s how liberals frame the debate, and the media presents this as the issue, as to how it affects homosexuals.
Cue the image of Walt Disney, one of the most conservative people in Hollywood, spinning in his grave.
Disney - so inclusive that they’ve removed practically any reference to Christmas at their parks because that offends people but celebrate gay days.
Let’s see Disney make their movies in more expensive locales.
Better - let’s see Georgia demand ala carte channels on their cable systems which will kill ESPN which is already a boat anchor around Disney.
