Excellent point. That’s a perfect metaphor for Cruz’s entire race. Just like a lawyer/politician. Can take either side of anything depending upon if it benefits him. Trump’s fault for not controlling the actions of everyone he knows. But Cruz not responsible for controlling a political operative he knows (and obviously works with/hired.)

Liz Mair is one slippery character. I think she’s very clever, but I wouldn’t trust her too much. Her motivations are not always clear. She used to work for the Walker Campaign until she made some blunt remarks that his team found to be uncomfortable. Revenge takes on many different forms.
