Group Urges IRS Probe Trump Foundation Donation to FL AG

A Washington, D.C.-based advocacy group filed a complaint Monday with the Internal Revenue Service, urging the agency to investigate whether the Donald J. Trump Foundation Inc. made an illegal donation in 2013 to a political organization associated with Republican Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi while her office was reportedly considering whether to take legal action against Trump University for possible fraud.

Stories all over about this. This from a FB page: Back in 2013 Florida Attorney General Pamela Bondi investigated some claims that several people were defrauded out of thousands of dollars from Trump University. She was also running for re-election of Attorney General. Trump sent her a donation of $25,000.00 and all of a sudden the investigation came to a sudden halt. She inadvertently accepted the donation which also made it a bribe. He violated 2 federal laws. Title 18 U.S.C. Section 201: Bribery of a Public Official or Witness and Section 1501;Obstruction of a Criminal Investigation. These two violations could saddle him with a combined fine of $500,000.00 or a combined prison term of 10 yrs. or both. Now if a Cruz loving Attorney General or Federal judge out there in Face book land were to pick up on this stroke of luck and wanted to get Trump out of the race, all he/she had to do was file federal charges against Trump for these violations and sit back and wait until he asked what he could do to get the charges dropped. Then the smart Judge or Attorney General could say drop out of the race and the charges will be dropped. Legal blackmail at its finest.

Thanks, but no need. My happiness does not depend on the election. I can turn off the TV and avoid the reality show presidency if he happens to win. He gags me worse than Bambi, but won’t be much of an adjustment.

There is nothing you Trump supporters won’t defend, is there?

1. On September 14, 2013, a spokesperson for the Florida AG’s office said that Bondi was looking into complaints against Trump University.

2. On September 17, 2013 — THREE DAYS LATER — the Trump Foindation (a tax-exempt foundation) made a donation to a PAC supporting Bondi’s re-election.

3. Bondi never acted on the complaints against Trump U.

The transparent, quid-pro-quo corruption is clear as day. And yet, you defend/dismiss it.
