Correct me if I’m wrong: Wasn’t he the last Republican presidential nominee? Would you have had a problem with Barry Goldwater recording calls for Richard Nixon in 1968 or Bob Dole endorsing Bush in 2000?
It should since Cruz is part of the establishment. The only thing left to make his transformation complete is to kiss the ring of McConnell and take the oath.
Cruz supporters don't have a problem with it; they don't have a problem with the Cruzes' longstanding deep Bush ties; they don't have a problem with Cruz's support of TPP fast-track support or Heidi working directly for the Bush global trade director; and they especially don't have a problem with the Glenn Beck "Cruz-fulfills-the-White-Horse-prophesy" endorsement.

Agreed. This is yet another case of the Cruz campaign shooting itself in the foot. (If this is how they spend money, why donate?)
Then again, maybe they're only using Romney in Utah and anywhere else he soundly defeated Hussein.
But, still... I hope they had enough sense to do some polling to determine whether Willard still has any cred.
