If I were Sheriff Joe, I would have diverted the traffic to the other lanes of Shea Boulevard, and just *left* her there. She's the one who bike locked herself, she's the one who can undo the lock (or her friends can).

They weren’t just protesting by the side of the road holding up signs, they were deliberately blocking traffic on public roads, so nobody could get through. They should have been arrested.

That could well be some deflection, and needs more info. It would not surprise me if it were true though. Some of those people are Heaven’s Gate levels of messed up.

Every story about Cruz's "do what it takes to win" campaign has proved to be true. Look at some of the folks he's got on his staff and who he pals with. I keep an open mind, but wouldn't be one bit surprised if it's true. Just disgusted.
Keep in mind that Constitution Ted DID NOT speak out defending the First Amendment rights of those who go to Trump rallies.
So, what will Sheriff Joe charge her with?
