Utah usually comes too late in the primary cycle to attract much national attention, but Mr. Trump's charged personality and success in the primaries, coupled with persistent rumors that the Republican Party leaders will force a brokered or open convention, are making every state's vote count.
Utah's unique political character may offer special insights into the 2016 Republican race, however. Utah has not voted for a Democratic president since 1964, and in 2012 the state gave Mr. Romney "the largest margin of victory in any of the 50 states since Ronald Reagan" according to 270towin.com, a site that has mapped voting records since 2004.
Romney is trying to use his popularity in the state to turn the tide against Trump. Although he campaigned for Ohio Gov. John Kasich, he said in a statement Friday he will vote for Texas Sen. Ted Cruz because "the only path that remains to nominate a Republican rather than Mr. Trump" is to give another candidate enough votes to force an open convention.

Romney = CERTIFIED ESTABLISHMENT LOSER
I’ll be voting for Mr. Trump in the Utah Presidential preference election next Tuesday, from my den, iPhone in my left hand, and three fingers of Jack in my right.
Christian Science Monitor should change their name to the Lucifer Science Monitor.
They call him Flipper!
Not much polling from Utah, proabbly will be a Cruz win but sure would be sweet if Trump could win or place really high just to show Romney how little his opinion matters.
Who said he was a Republican ?
Wanted to run Reagan off off in 1994

LOSER Romney; LOSER Beck; LOSER Bush; LOSER Ksick; LOSER Cruz, a nice bunch of LOSERS there I would say...

Voting for a fellow cultist.
Mitt was a nice guy when he won big, not the lyin loser he is now.
I think this is for the Mormons to show us if they like how Romney, Reid, and Beck behave in the name of being good Mormon men.
Maybe I will be proven wrong but them Mormons I speak to seem better than these liars, and I hope my high opinion of Mormon is born out.
Mormons vote for Trump, we need to revive our country, and Cruz has no hope of doing it.
Hoping Ted has 49% or less of the vote in Utah.
I always liked to fly fish Wyoming and Montana. I wanted to fish the SW area of WY and go up into the Wind River mountain area after a few days on the Green. Well Salt Lake
offered the best connection/flights in 95 and was it ever a mistake. I thought no one could ever make NYC and Jersey types look like they were all so pleasant and helpful until I ran into these Mormons in SLC. They were the rudest bunch of smart asses I have seen on 5 continents. I even caught an early flight back as opposed to spending one night in SLC as I had seen so many Moon types plus other weirdos walking all over. No Utah for me.
Myth Romney is a cancer on the body politic.
As far as running for U.S. President goes Mitten's dad was a loser, and the nut didn't fall far from that tree. However Mittens topped dad by being a two time loser. And just as two time losers do, he wants to make it three. Now that he is running in stealth mode and on track to fail again Mittens is a certified three time loser. Stereotypes upset people because the generalizations are often wrong, however personal level stereotypes are off the charts predictive. Willard Romney = THREE TIME LOSER!
This kind of non-endorsements mean nothing to voters that think. Plus I remember those that objected to conventions that were coronations. Until the 60s first ballot, second, ballot, etc were common FDR got nominated on the fifth ballot. Nixon, Goldwater all had voting in the convention hall. Kennedy beat LBJ by votes in the convention hall—not until Wyoming voted. No way will Trump be dumped, hope he and Cruz can get things worked out. As of now I think that is the only way to win the general election. Too many bitter feelings.
...Insurgent, populist = Trump
...Insurgent, conservative = Cruz
...The Washington rump = Ryan (Kasich the Delusional is nothing but an unknowing stalking horse)
If Trump does not secure a majority on the 1st ballot, the insurgent wings will unite to crush the Washington rump on the 2nd ballot. Then, they will fight it out for supremacy on the 3rd ballot.
The establishment has already lost, irredeemably...
