Kremlin complains Donald Trump ad demonises Russia

The Kremlin has hit out at a video promoting the US presidential hopeful Donald Trump, complaining it demonises Russia’s image.

“I saw this clip. I do not know for sure if Vladimir Putin saw it. [But] our attitude is negative,” the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

The video posted to Trump’s Instagram account attempts to cast doubt over the Democratic party frontrunner Hillary Clinton’s ability to deal with Putin and the US’s opponents in general, showing the Russian leader easily throwing an opponent in a judo bout.

Trump is running for US president and he and most Americans want enemies to fear us and friends to respect us.

[They do not want Trump for President. Barking Hillary would be more flexible!]

They want Hillary to do another useless “reset” of US-Russian relations so Putin can invade more countries.

No they do want Trump. I saw the average Russian interviewed about it and they were all quite positive about him.

Agree. I think the Russians had to make some kind of protest, just to say they disagreed with the portrayal of being a threat. Overall, I don’t think they’re that annoyed.

Remember what the Russians did by projecting that image of Obama eating a banana onto the US Embassy?

This reaction was pretty tame, in comparison.

My view is that the Russians would prefer someone like Trump in the WH as he is someone that would in the aggregate be more consistent in overall policy than neoCons or retard liberals.

The Russians are sorry that the Sucker & Chief will be out of office by January 2017.

They thoroughly enjoyed treating the the United States and it's hapless leaders like a POS. Mind you, the POTUS and the SOS both deserved what we got.

The Russians only wish the US could have a Soviet, oops, I mean Russian politicasl system where a wealthy dictator SOB rules for life.

They know change is coming but have been paying out large sums for Sanders, Clinton and maybe even Cruz.

They want anybody but a strong US leader who will be an unpredictable factor for them.

They really enjoyed rubbing the USA’s face in feces and now, they will get a taste of their own medicine from President Trump.

Russians have a point.

The ad equates them to terrorists... as enemies of the US.

They have been bombing the terrorists for us,
now this ad puts them in the same boat.

Donald could score points by agreeing that it is somewhat out of line.

Ad is still funny as hell though, and they should lighten up a little.

Putin laughing at the end is great!

I recall some Russians projected images of Obama and a banana on to a building in Moscow. A video of Putin performing a judo take down and then laughing at Clinton barking like a dog seems pretty mild, even complimentary, in comparison. If anybody ought to be offended it's Hillarity ... "Bark like a dog!"

I think it showed utter respect towards Putin.

I agree, it shows Putin judo flipping an opponent and laughing at that mangy mutt Hillary Rotten Criminal, what's not to like about the ad?

I'll bet that Putin at least managed a snort and a smirk when he saw it (assuming he saw it).
