While she has an excuse that the earlier Qaddafi mission didn’t lose a soldier, the entire time of Libya regime change was ONE HISTORICAL EVENT and the fact that she can so compartmentalize in her head proves she is a sociopath. It is a very helpful attribute to the minds and hearts of serial killers... You know, people who murder, then murder again, yet live a totally separate persona in public life?? Like that.
Technically she is correct, just like when Bill Clinton said he did not ask people to lie for him a single time.

The report was that locals took Stevens to a hospital in Benghazi because he was still alive. The report was that he died in the hospital.
