“”[Trump] is one of the least qualified candidates ever to make a serious run for the presidency,”
And Obama IS the least qualified
Pretty much the rule at every news organization...
Trump is the “least” qualified candidate to run in a long time? And exactly what were Obama’s qualifications?
These so called “brains” really do believe we’re all just stupid retards. Unfortunately, they’re right without about half the population.
She is scared. . .very scared.
And that is a good thing.
President Trump can defund NPR next January!
She should sell masks of her face to scare scavengers and predators away!
Bitterly clinging to her abortion rights and latte...
I’m surprised that Cokie Roberts even know the word “rational”.
This POS makes Nina Totenberg seem almost sane and that’s hard to do in any world.
This tells me the Left has polling data suggesting Trump can beat Clinton.
All this talk by both dems and Rubio/Kasich/Cruz that Trump is not qualified to be president is complete bullshit. Was the current POS in the Whitehouse more qualified when he was selected?
Did Cokie ever write such an article about Hussein?
In fact looks terrible for her age...
She needs to resign...as the tax payers support NPR..
bye bye cookie.
Let's roll voters and make OHIO Trump country...When the guy scars all the crooks, and liars, you know we picked the right Man for the job now...
LOL!!
You nailed it.
Don’t want to put this in the thread where her death was being discussed.
I remember hearing the conversation between NPR’s David Greene and Roberts on Monday, March 14, 2016. Green was critical of her column and rightly so. She sounded defiant. I remember thinking that and also how disappointed I was in her.
Her last NPR Monday morning political analysis was May 2, 2016. Perhaps that was due to her health or semi-retirement.
I vaguely remember her making the comment that those who support President Trump were morally tainted, but by that time I had stopping going out of my way to listen to her take on politics.

I’ll keep my powder dry on Cokie.
Defund NPR
