Wow, just a couple weeks ago it was sunny in Louisiana, and now this. How can you deny that the climate didn’t just change in Louisiana? Here in Maine, just a few hours ago, it was 7 degrees warmer, and now it’s dark out. This is probably a result of Global Spin because of over population on one side of Guam, or maybe the sun is sad because of racism.

At some point, states need to stop asking for federal disaster relief as a first response. It only serves to make them dependent on the federal government.

Just keep rebuilding where you got creamed before.

It is like no one heard of Galveston and Houston.

I saw a post on Facebook the other day that said Louisiana votes Trump. The next day it started raining. A few days later we are flooded out. Coincidence? I think not.

Prayers up for anyone in the path of that water!

I’m looking to see how big an area is affected; I hope the DuckDynasty folks and everyone got out OK!

It’s a very big area. They live in West Monroe which had its share of flooding. One of the crew at Duck Commander headquarters posted this video

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Govt. funds should only be used for reestablishing a life in a non flood plain type area, or elevated on sturdy pilings.
