Actions - H.R.347 - 112th Congress (2011-2012): Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011
Probably ok outside and a distance away from when and where the protected parties are entering and exiting.
Going inside and disrupting is not allowed.
Remember when code pink went into a government meeting in disguise then revealed themselves and had simulated blood on their hands and one of them actually seared some on an elected official.
They were escorted out but IIRC not charged with any heavy crime.
They did similar things also and reported many times on FR

I remember that.
The official was Condoleezza Rice, if I recall correctly.
The game is played like this: Code Pinko makes themselves obnoxious. The police “arrest” them. Let them go 20 minutes later.
The police are in on it. I saw this with my own eyes in front of the Washington Hilton one WHCA FReep.
Yep they usually get a pass.
I figured you were around some of those events.
In Berkeley re Marine recruiting the city gave them a parking space across from the office.
Metered parking but they didn’t have to pay or obey time limits.
Senator DeMint notified the city that they could very well lose all federal funding if they continued to allow code pink to have that privilege.
The next day they weren’t parked there.
This is YUGE! Passing the Senate without a roll call vote means that both Rubio and Cruz did NOTHING to stop it.
Sure hope Limbaugh gets ahold of this and runs with it. It proves both Cruz and Rubio are part of the GOP-E. They're not "outsiders" and they're not even TEA Party worthy at this point, they're both fakes and frauds.
And Bernie as well.
One Dem candidate a traitor the the country.
The other breaking federal law to silence his political opponent.
This is the Democratic parties best and brightest.
Very nice.
Yup,yup,yup.
But remember that was THEN in 2012 you had Oranges!!!
NOW in 2016 you have Apples. if you understand what I’m saying. It doesn’t count anymore???
Presumably local prosecutors know this law, yet none has said anything about it, or had violators arrested.
......Not that the criminals who participated care about laws!
I get the idea a prosecutor or part of that staff is on call for a cop to call in the event of sticky situations in which the police department would need legal advice--did no cop call and ask for directions from a superior on how to handle the protesters? Their approach and direction and strategy had to come from someone in authority at the Chi P.D. ...?
I am thinking aloud...what do other Freepers think?
Is it Occam's Razor? The PD knows the Feds and the Mayor would not want them to enforce that law and mess up the plans of Soros or Ayers or BLM or whoever....So no questions had to be asked? I know that's how the DOJ works---Holder, for example, didn't have to ask Obama any incriminating questions nor did Obama have to issue any incriminating orders in relation to anything--Holder knew the score, knew what his boss wanted him to do in a given situation...
Obama signed the bill and it only had 3 lawmakers vote against.
So? They’re Democrats!
BTT
Actually, he was let go on bond BEFORE the police viewed his social media postings. If they reviewed his posts, he would have been held without bond.
It appears that Denninger had this first.
You forgot about the fact that facebook is promoting these illegal events as shown at the following link.

Wasn’t a restricted area.
I sincerely hope Trump starts prosecuting these disruptors. They are only going to get worse and worse otherwise.
