It Is ILLEGAL To Protest At Campaign Rallies (H.R. 347, Signed by Obama Feb. 2012)

According to H.R. 347 (signed into law by Barack Hussein Obama in February, 2012) it is ILLEGAL under CURRENT FEDERAL to protest of any type, in an area under protection by the U.S. Secret Service.

Because Donald Trump is under Secret Service Protection (as is Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders) and has been since November of 2015, it is a FEDERAL CRIME to protest at campaign rallies, and is in fact, punishable by imprisonment.

Free Speech isn't covered at ANY Trump, Clinton, Sanders (or Cruz, Rubio, Kasich) rally because protests are considered to be "knowingly impeding or disrupting the orderly conduct of an official Federal function."

Until Donald Trump's Secret Service protection is revoked, Trump can legally kick protesters out of his rallies no matter what they do.

Read it and weep, libs. Your "President" signed it. He did it to protect himself at his own rallies in 2012. Now it comes back to haunt the Democrats and they don't like it.

To b fair, Rubio was in the Senate when this bill passed, but Cruz wasn’t.

Rubio was in the Senate when the bill passed, but Cruz wasn't.

Sanders was there too. So they both should've been pointing out that those protestors at Trump rallies are violating federal law specified in a bill they helped pass. And Constitutional smart lawyer Ted certainly should know the law.

I can’t disagree with that.

It become more obvious everyday that Cruz is just another political hack

don't know what they vote for or

sadly they neither write nor read the legislation that they vote on, they just cast their vote as they are told to, not unlike voting straight ticket in elections.

Well the Judge could dismiss the case on a motion from defense or LE can decline to charge in the first place (problematic since the secret service needs the deterrent, however slight). The max sanction for a guilty on this minus weapon/bodily injury is the 1 year, the fine, or both.

Shouldn't they be arrested and/or cited?

And subsequently, isn’t Soros committing a crime by financing and conspiring to promote criminal activity?

The statement in parentheses was from the original (article) post.

It would seem that arrest should be the outcome.

About a dozen people have informed CNN, FOX news, and the Trump Facebook websites of this new information. I would urge each of you to make this go viral, tweet the bill out, go to your favorite website, tell your friends.

I am SHOCKED that the MSM would not know about this and actively tell the world. /sarc

This will help all the candidates, and stop Move On in its tracks, and stop Political insiders from obstructing the debates.

Thanks

“Prosecutorial discretion”. That means Obama doesn’t prosecute his minions, no matter what crime they are guilty of (see Lois Lerner, Fast and Furious, and Hillary, plus many others). It also means decent people will be prosecuted, whether or not there was a crime or any evidence of a crime. BLM/SJW are safe for as long as the corrupt thug is in our White House.

1752.Restricted building or grounds

(a)Whoever—

(1)knowingly enters or remains in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority to do so;
(2)knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, engages in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such proximity to, any restricted building or grounds when, or so that, such conduct, in fact, impedes or disrupts the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions;
(3)knowingly, and with the intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, obstructs or impedes ingress or egress to or from any restricted building or grounds; or
(4)knowingly engages in any act of physical violence against any person or property in any restricted building or grounds;

or attempts or conspires to do so, shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).

(b)The punishment for a violation of subsection (a) is—

(1)a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both, if—
(A)the person, during and in relation to the offense, uses or carries a deadly or dangerous weapon or firearm; or
(B)the offense results in significant bodily injury as defined by section 2118(e)(3); and
(2)a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, in any other case.

(c)In this section—

(1)the term restricted buildings or grounds means any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area—
(A)of the White House or its grounds, or the Vice President’s official residence or its grounds;
(B)of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting; or
(C)of a building or grounds so restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance; and
(2)the term other person protected by the Secret Service means any person whom the United States Secret Service is authorized to protect under section 3056 of this title or by Presidential memorandum, when such person has not declined such protection.

To me it means thugs from BLM and MoveOn can’t enter a government building and have a riot or trash the office or attack the people therein.

Also, means events like Trumps Chicago rally is protected from riots/rioters. . .if the people were arrested for shouting down/attacking attendees and candidates but they weren’t.

In other words, protecting First Amendment rights, IMHO.

As long as they don’t abridge the rights of others.

You can protest what someone is saying but you have no right to shout-down some else’s rights. Carry a sign, okay. Yell and don’t let the other guy be heard and not okay.

Well, if that’s the case, it also means we can’t protest Her Thighness or the Communist either.

He did, at Kansas City.
