All of those sound to me like exhortations to self-defense, not attacks. Of course, there are those who see all self defense as unwarranted violence. Take the punch and don’t retaliate. The Trump people who hit and/or attacked protesters were not acting in SELF defense. One of them sucker punched the protester as the protester was being led out of the arena.
Also, you missed at least two other statements by Trump that told people to hit or punch protesters.
A lot of people apparently think that by openly saying these things, Trump is giving them permission to attack others just for disagreeing with them. We can see one level of that here on FR, as Trump supporters are attacking others in comment replies just for disagreeing with them.
