Thanks for that. I watched him about a week ago, outlining at least 4 laws that have been broken. Mukasey represents the law.

I’ll watch this clip after Nancy Reagan’s services are complete.

If he’s a tea drinker, I’d stop asap. A dose of pollonium will ruin your whole week.

Only hope is if Trump gets elected. He thinks she should be behind bars.

Devastating to someone who doesn’t have everyone in power blackmailed.

He’s an IT guy, near the bottom of the pyramid of deceit and corruption. If the FBI is at all serious (and competent), they will march up the food chain with more offers of immunity.

Yes, but as the IT guy who might know more that we think.

Do you really think that he ran a system that didn't do back-ups regularly? There are still 30,000 "maybe-deleted" emails around.

“I don’t think that there is a chance in hell that Hillary will be indicted. The most we can realistically hope for is that career FBI agents will be pissed enough to leak the results of their investigation.”

But don’t you think that an “FBI Revelation” of the facts will sink Hillary? Because I think, despite her “lead” over the Old Capo Commie, Hillary’s campaign has one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel with the electorate. When you couple “Obama Fatigue” with the e-mail scandal, she’s toast once Trump lights into her in earnest!

Zero has unlimited power to pardon her. And you can bet your bottom dollar he will!

This is the wife of a man who complained to Ted Kennedy that, "a few years ago" Obama would have been getting them their coffee. You can bet that, when she was SOS, she treated Michelle Robinson Obama and Valerie Jarrett with the haughty contempt that is her specialty.

Obama will pardon her if it is in his interest to do so.

But he certainly will let all three of them hang if it is NOT in his interest (personal, not ideological) to do so.

The Democrats have lots more racialist Marxists in the pipeline to run for President, Obama doesn't need anything from the Clinton Crime Family, except their silence about his involvement in their crimes, if any.

I believe Obama is a true believer, and, like a lot of communists, is probably NOT personally corrupt.

I'd be very worried if I were Hillary.

Awesome info on that link. Thanks so much for providing it.

And I really think Catherine Herridge has developed the trust of some pretty important--and dedicated to serving their country--sources in the FBI, as well as CIA, DOD, and other important agencies.

IIRC, from the very get-go, her reporting on Benghazi was excellent!

“..... her now standard explanation that nothing she sent or received was marked classified at the time.”

As Judge Napolitano has pointed out on several occasions, documents are not marked “classified”.

Judge Napolitano is correct. In the military, I have personally seen and had to sign such documents, including TOP SECRET. (I can’t comment on their content as I would have to kill you).

Documents are classified “CONFIDENTIAL”, “SECRET”, and “TOP SECRET”, along with additional clarifying classifications.

This is a “legal” ploy as in Bill’s “it depends on what the meaning of “is” is.

Also, another concept which isn’t given much, if any, media discussion, is the “Need To Know”. You can have the highest clearance, but you are not allowed access unless you also have a “need to know”.

Did the many people in Hillary’s circle have the proper clearances and more importantly, have a “need to know” the content of her emails and documents and conversations?

I don't believe there is such a thing as a presidential pardon on an indictment. She would have to be indicted and prosecuted to then be pardoned. I don't think all that will happen in the next 10 months.

Hillary is probably sweating jail time as Bush would’ve pardoned her. Now as Santana sang, “I ain’t got nobody that I can depend on” in the remaining pubbie candidates.

When you hear that brittle nervous, joyless laughter from a woman it usually is an attempt to manage inner feelings of rage and anxiety. Hillary knows she is in trouble.

“After a thorough investigation the Obama “Justice” Department will clear Hillary of all allegations and attribute it all to a vast right wing conspiracy attempting to smear her good name. Seriously, does anyone think that Hillary Clinton will get prosecuted when Lois Lerner was not?”

What’s really going to happen whether she’s indicted or not or whether the whole investigation leaks or not is that Obama will issue on his last day in office a full pardon for any and all crimes Hillary may or may not have committed. Presidential pardoning power is essentially unlimited.

I’m not saying the IT guy isn’t important. He knows how (and maybe why) the private system was set up. But the closer the FBI gets to the “top” (Hillary), the more they will know about who had access to the classified emails and how were used in the daily course of sensitive State Dept. business. That’s why I expect more offers of immunity to emerge if the FBI is ultimately going to conduct a thorough investigation.

Isn’t it astounding that this putrid “woman” (Clinton) is currently the best hope the Dem-Socialists have to offer as their candidate for POTUS?

The FBI’s final report and recommendation for indictment could be more damning to Hillary than an indictment itself, so I’m not too concerned if there’s no indictment. WE KNOW THAT’S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN ANYWAY.

Will she need to drop out?
