However, Lee has bad timing.
Cruz will lose if he doesn’t win Florida and Ohio. He has no path to victory other than that. Check the numbers.

I guess the Trumpbots will be calling Lee a GOPe sellout and hack in 5, 4, 3,..... No, I think Cruz went begging. This is the same thing that happened with Governor Abbott, Cruz went with the failed senator reflection on TX.
What this endorsement tells me is that Cruz's internals aren't so good. Trump's saying not one senator endorsed Cruz hurt him. Now he's like Sally Fields at the Oscars, "Oh he likes me, he really really likes me!"
