DOJ explores 'action' against climate-change deniers

Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Wednesday that she has explored ways to “take action” on turning climate-change denial into a federal crime.

Democrat Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse used a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing to liken companies that refute certain environmental studies to the tobacco industry once downplaying the correlation between smoking and cancer. The Rhode Island senator then asked Lynch why the Obama administration has “done nothing” to civilly pursue energy companies in court.

“This matter has been discussed. We have received information about it and have referred it to the FBI to consider whether or not it meets the criteria for which we could take action on,” Lynch replied, CNS News reported Wednesday.

So, who thinks "deniers" may see some sort of legal action before hildeheast ever sees any sort of legal action against her treasonous acts? Don't everybody raise your hands at once.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

FATHER-RAPERS sittin’ right there on the bench next to me! And they was mean
And one mean nasty guy asked me - what you in for kid

I told ‘em I was a climate denier, and they all moved away from me.

Probably you’ll/we’ll be denied ammo since firing raises the temperature to unacceptable levels plus that many going off at the same time will have YUGE impacts on the glow-bull temp increases.

What an evasive coward. If it's the prosecutor's decision the police have nothing to do with it.

Unfortunately for her, she's directly contradicting her stance on the Hillary e-mails ie the FBI has a mountain of evidence but Lynch is intentionally ignoring their advice on that subject.

The Thought Police are watching. If fringe lunatic liberals have their way, any thinking contrary to the official party line will be criminalized. Are they preparing a room 101 too?
Or, is it already ready and waiting.

I believe they call it prosecutorial discretion. If lala decides it’s not “worth” pursuing, it won’t be pursued. I’m thinkin’ she’s already received her marching orders.

I agree on the discretion and on the rigged system, but Lynch passing the buck even in the face of friendly fire from the nutcase senator is the epitome of cowardice.

If you take “action” against me, for expressing and writing my opinions about a precept of science, I will view you as the Checka, Stasi, or SS. And I will defend myself against you with all the violence I can wield.

Let’s call it a red line.

Will they take a page out of the Cruz playbook and send in "the secret army" to deliver notices of violation to get their heads right?
