Excellent decision by the Alabama SC. The same argument can be made for Roe v Wade.

It’s not much different from illegal immigration (which I’m sure the SC would “legalize” with one more hack liberal “judge”). You can’t get the people to vote for it in any state, the Congress won’t vote for it, so democrat “judges” pretend it’s the new law. Two SCOTUS judges had been or officiated a sham homo marriage and therefore had a conflict of interest and should have recused themselves.
Other states need to follow, but I guess non one has any balls anymore to do that.
I know this family and many others around here will never accept them as married or as a family, no matter how much they try and play happy families and destroy a young child.

One of the two reports is flat out wrong on a fundamental point, the ultimate conclusion of the Alabama Supreme Court. The article I linked to quotes parts of the Alabama Supreme Court decision, and I think that article has it correct.
