The FBI Hostage Rescue Team did fire live rounds at the truck LaVoy was driving with one of them causing the windshield to shatter.

They didn't just use the 'flashbangs'.

Victoria Sharp was right when she said she was being shot out while in the vehicle.

The Justice Department (ha...ha....) is investigating the agent who fired the shots and lied afterwards along with four other agents who apparently helped the lying shooter.

The Oregon authorities are also holding back on releasing the rest of the video evidence etc. in the case along with the name of the two OSP troopers who shot at Finicum and killed him.
