The topic is LaVoy Finicum, not those others you mentioned.

The intent is to make Finicum's cause of death something it isn't. Finicum wasn't murdered. He was shot to death by police officers under circumstances where the use of deadly force was found to be justified. You don't agree with that? Well join the club. People are killed by police almost on a weekly basis, under circumstances far less cut-and-dried that Finicum's were, and their deaths are ruled justified. What happened in Oregon happens all the time. The only difference is that in this case you happen to like the victim.

I’d like to see a version of that video where the brightness was up to snuff. You do not see any muzzle flashes and the flashbangs are very subdued (these are devices which are supposed to be blindingly bright). That keeps you from telling who in the frame shot and when they shot. I really noticed it when seeing the snow kick up at the base of the vehicle door and along the roof line—no muzzle flashes. Either all the shooters were out of the frame and the ones closest to the vehicle were not firing, or the video is darkened to the point the flashes cannot be seen.

Finicum wasn't murdered.

Finicum WAS murdered, DOODLE!.

Let's get that straight.

They were shooting at him with his hands raised.

An fbi sniper shot the driver's passenger window out of the truck, trying to kill Finicum as he jumped out out of the truck - and the fbi sniper & his fbi buds lied about it and tried to cover it up, later.

Good thing there were some honest lawdogs over at Deschutes County Sheriff's Department.

Probably couldn't stomach the rotting stink of the fbi lies...

Finicum WAS murdered, DOODLE!.

A lot of people said the same about Michael Brown. They were wrong too.

They were shooting at him with his hands raised.

Had he obeyed their orders and gotten down on the ground then he'd be alive. Instead he made a move towards a gun and got shot for it.

LaVoy Finicum is NOT Michael Brown. Nice try.

There's a few fbi shooterliars that are wishing they never heard the name "Finicum". Probably a felony, what they did - lying on an official report.

And the Oregon State backshooters get to live with it for the rest of their yellowback lives.

They ALL know what's on the audio that needs to be hidden... LOL!

They're similar in that both were shot by the police and in both cases the shootings were ruled to have been justified.

Had he obeyed their orders

I didn't hear any orders - there was no audio.

How is it that YOU heard "orders"? Just because some lawdog said that they shouted "orders" - the same lawdogs that kind of forgot to mention the additioanl shots?

LOL! You apologists for the rabid pack of leo coonhounds.

You've got another excuse every minute.

BTW - they can 'rule the Finicum murder to have been justified' all they want.

Wait'll the family gets the audio into civil court, along the fbilies...

That's what Michael Brown's family said. I don't think all their suits have been settled yet.

Finicum is not Michael Brown.

And the officer who killed Michael Brown isn't a slimy backshooting yellow dog, like the "officers" who shot Finicum. :)

Finicum is not Michael Brown.

Both were killed by police officers under circumstances ruled justified by the authorities, but which their supporters don't accept. The similarities are pretty clear.

Here the Link to the video shot by people in the truck with Finicum. His comments made before he runs the roadblock make it clear he's not interested in being taken peacefully. At about the 5:20 to 5:30 mark you can hear the law enforcement officers yelling for him to get on the ground. Had he done that he's still be alive.

That's just another apologist Talking Point, and a lie.

The farce enlawment apologists can't know what was in the murdered man's mind.

I have a different interpretation - having to do with how a brave man reacts to lawless yellow backshooting cowards.

Being from Missouri, land of Jesse James [and the latest Cruz Luze], you probably know some of the words:

"That dirty little coward, that shot Mr. Finicum, has laid poor LaVoy in his grave..."

That's just another apologist Talking Point, and a lie.

Telling them to go ahead and shoot him isn't an indicator that he wanted a peaceful resolution.

The farce enlawment apologists can't know what was in the murdered man's mind.

They know what he was saying. And they know he refused to obey orders. And they believed he was going for a weapon.

The problem is that you want to make Finicum out to be some sort of unique situation or make us believe that the circumstances here are somehow unusual. The fact of the matter is that Finicum is not special. Police shoot people on an all to frequent basis all over this country, under circumstances that are far less cut-and-dried that Finicum's. And in all too many of those cases the killing is found to be justified and the police walk away. And in just about all of them the consensus around here was that the victim had it coming. And if he/she had only followed orders then they would be alive. You don't believe the police reports? Well join the club. You don't think Finicum should have died? Well if only he had followed the orders of the police, blah, blah, blah.

The overwhelming majority of the police in this country do a difficult job and they do it well. A job I freely admit that I couldn't do. But a small minority cross the line, either through incompetence or poor training or other reasons, and people die who shouldn't. Finicum is only one of them.

Telling them to go ahead and shoot him isn't an indicator that he wanted a peaceful resolution.

Because they had ALREADY shot at him. Talking Point fail.

They know what he was saying.

Finicum was talking to backshooters who'd already shot at him. Talking Point fail.

And they know he refused to obey orders.

So they say, but they won't release THEIR audio(s). Talking Point fail.

And they believed he was going for a weapon.

Yes, the "magic" stolen 9mm semiauto. How convenient for them. I'm curious if the other captives got herded away so's the "law officers" could have some "alone time" with the murdered man. There should be a start-to-finish video of the examination of Finicum's body - unless they've got something to hide. Like the fbi shooter & his buds had something to hide...

Squarshing apologists is easier than squarshing tadpoles, or squarshing Luze in MO. Yuk-yuk. :)

Didn't watch the video did you? Finicum was telling the authorities at the first roadblock that they would have to shoot him.

So they say, but they won't release THEIR audio(s). Talking Point fail.

Why would you believe their video? I'm talking about the video that one of the people in his truck made and in which you can hear the police ordering him to the ground. Do you think the people in the truck with him would fake that?

Yes, the "magic" stolen 9mm semiauto. How convenient for them.

Even if Finicum had been unarmed, he made a move that the police saw as threatening and they shot him for it. Shooting justified, case closed. Happens all the time with police in this country.
