Matt Latimer writes in Politico: Nancy Reagan never would have considered herself part of the Washington establishment. For one thing, she hadnt lived in this town in decades. More importantly, she had a constituency of one: her beloved husband. And if the DC establishment didnt like it (they often didnt) that was too damn bad.

Was her astrologer part of her constituency?
Reagan was a great president but the astrology stuff she believed in was just beyond the pale.
That was a beautiful article and very telling of all she endured. I distinctly remember her reaction to the Bush meme “A kinder, gentler nation”. Nancy: “Kinder and gentler than WHAT?
We would do well to remember the onslaught against her and her husband should another outsider get elected.
Thank you Nancy Reagan for all you endured. Those insiders may not be grateful but this citizen most certainly is.
A great piece by Sailer describing a bit about the Ranch up in them thar hills of SB.
After the assassination attempt, she left no stone unturned to protect her husband. And I’ve always been okay with that.

It ain't just Breitbart. Bad grammar, punctuation, and all sorts of "lack of literacy" symptoms abound through ALL print media these days, in spite of the best that software can do.
“astrology” That was a Lot of bushwah mischief making by the Washington Post. The Reagans would not kowtow to Ben Bradlee and his bimbo wife.
Unfortunately so.
(But Breitbart is particularly under-edited.)
