•If a Presidential candidate receives 50% or more of the island wide vote, that candidate receives all 23 delegates.
•Otherwise, the delegates are allocated to each candidate receiving 20% or more of the island wide vote in proportion to the total vote of all candidates receiving 20% or more of the island wide.

About your photo of the lying lawyers who have been running this country...they stick together and all of them get big $$ from the Lawyers pacs....Each cycle, contributions from this group of Lawyers favor Democrats by a significant margin. In the 2014 election cycle, the industry contributed over $120 million to federal political candidates and interests, 70 percent of which went to Democrats. https://www.opensecrets.org/industries/recips.php?cycle=2016&ind=K01

Clinton, Hillary (D) $7,101,091 WHAT can I say??
Bush, Jeb (R) $1,311,555.....go Jeb! LOL
Harris, Kamala D (D-CA) $739,088
Schumer, Charles E (D-NY) $734,322
Cruz, Ted (R) $644,659 GOVERMENT LAWYER, that’s all he’s ever been.
Rubio, Marco (R) $576,185 At least he’s not running for his senate job again!

From 538...

Puerto Rico primary

At stake: 23 delegates territory-wide
Delegate targets: Trump 8, Cruz 8, Rubio 15

We’ll get a good test of whether Hispanics truly “love” Trump this Sunday in the Puerto Rico primary. Most of the political organization on the island is in Rubio’s corner. Puerto Rico was also very friendly to mainstream Republican Mitt Romney in 2012; Romney received 83 percent of the vote. Puerto Rico’s 23 delegates are awarded proportionally to each candidate finishing above 20 percent of the vote. It would be quite a blow to Trump’s “Hispanics love me” argument if he finished below that threshold, though he hasn’t gotten below 20 percent in any contest yet. The 23 delegates become winner-take-all if a candidate gets above 50 percent of the vote.

Looks like Lil' Marco has the best shot.

But, but, but................I thought ALL latinos and latinas hated Trump because, well, racist. How can this be? Agree on the so called debates. Mrs. rktman made an observation after the last one that the gopE had sat marco and ted down and told marco he doesn’t have a chance so he should bait Trump into skirmishes and them ted could step in and play the adult peace keeper. A little tag team action. Of course they still maintain they’ll support whoever the nominee is.

No love lost between Puerto Ricans and Cubans (even second hand ones).

Wouldn't Cruz count as third hand?

Again, Shakespeare was correct!
“Where be his quiddities now, his quillets, his cases, his tenures and his tricks? Why does he suffer this rude knave now to knock him about the sconce with a dirty shovel and will not tell him of his action of battery?”

Would you accept a picture with Bill Gates, George Soros and Donald Trump all with the label “Billionaire Businessman” as equally valid?

Rubio maybe, but not Cruz.

PR is an island of welfare queens. It is the US’s Greece. Cruz as evangelical conservative will not win unless the turnout is historically low. They also know he’s not fluent in Spanish and hence not really culturally Hispanic.

Contrary to what is said on this thread, Trump has an excellent chance of pulling it out over Rubio because PR is not enamored with US Cubans and because Trump represents jobs.

Rubio is going to win. He’s the only one who has been courting them, and he has been for months.

Which is fine, he can have a meaningless scrap of delegates to keep him holding onto hope until he gets crushed in Florida. LOL

Rubio or Cruz will get the lion’s share of the votes. Trump might finish last, behind Kasich!

I thought the Puerto Ricans were in New York and New Jersey. It’s a bankrupt Democrat stronghold.

exactly and the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Keep electing lawyers and we think we will get a different result.
Yep insanity,.

all lawyers, all smug, all elected officials and there are some who think if we keep electing these people then it might change

*****************
Lawyers are just wordsmiths, not people of action or doers who produce things of value to society. They are good at parsing words, making arguments, posturing, and speaking but few are qualified to be leaders who have a vision and can effectively manage the resources to attain it.
