RICHMOND, Va. -- The Virginia State Board of Elections voted Tuesday to decertify WinVote Direct Recording Electronic voting systems in Virginia Elections. WinVote machines were used in 20 percent of Virginia's voting precincts including some in Henrico County and Richmond. The board voted to decertify the machines after some voters experienced "widely reported issues" during the November 2014 General Election. During the 2014 General Election, some voting machines around Virginia appeared to only let voters choose one candidate, regardless of whose name was pressed.

Random errors constitute a glitch. Errors that always result in a choice in favor of a Democrat candidate is a crime.

What I simply do not understand is so many scream voter fraud (exceedingly rare) but rarely scream about election fraud (likely swinging elections).
I guess the PTB have once again been successful in their misdirection attempts. The PTB is winning.

You are being more precise with the terminology, however most of us are thinking of vote fraud as also encompassing what you are separating out as election fraud.
I noticed that the primary elections used a scanner with a fill in the bubble type “answer sheet”, are the credit card type machines history ? I saw no reason to get rid of the punch card system.

Thye stuff the ballot box with false paper ballots. They manipulate the counting machines to give false vote counts and false tallies of the votes. They alter the vote tallies reported to the senior election authorities and tamper with the original paper ballots to support the falsified summary reports. Secret ballots make it nearly impossible to stop the innumerable ways in which they can cheat the voters.

I recall one Republican county convention where the balloting dragged on for about an extra four hours well into the night, because the convention officials kept trying to cart off the voting summaries to a place where they could be tallied and the candidate representatives could not all squeeze in and keep a good eye on the counting. There were accusations that the officials kept shuffling the voting reports to confuse everything. You had to hope the person who is defending your candidate in that room is not really a plant representing the other candidate during the candidate. That is another old fashioned ploy that is still in use, particularly with respect to voting precinct judges. A plant pretends to be a Republican for many years, but is in reality a Democrat plant. When the Democrat plant gets to the position of serving as a Republican official, they can go behind closed doors with the Democrat representative and get way with all kinds of election fraud with the balloting.
The elections have to be rigged for Virginia to keep getting Dems state wide. It started with Obama an hasnt changed. Of course we know fairfax cheats. At least the AG of Virginia should be a Republican. Gillespie only lost by 1% to Warner.
Trust me, the dangers of electronic voting machines is what people DO NOT SEE.

RepFinal=RepInitial*0.9000 (rounded to whole number)
That’s it...just FLIPPED A STATE to Democrat. You can recount, but you get the same...since all that is counted is the output from the machine.

There’s an argument there for party participation at the lowest level and maintaining personal knowledge of any party officials. That can’t be done by spending a few minutes in a voting booth a few times a decade.

With even pediatricians now prying into whether people own guns, I wish them luck finding those people.

I can’t prove, but I know in my heart it’s true. Over 100% voting in districts, some district vote totals 100% for Obama, no spoiled or ballots for Romney. That doesn’t even approach the smell test let alone pass. We are owned. Which is why I say “There is no political solution”.
we need a two part paper system
When you vote, it generates a unique random number and displays your votes on-screen AND on a printed piece of paper.
You can go online from home and make sure the vote with that random number is registered with the correct vote on the piece of paper in your hand
there ARE ways to make electronic votes work
I am a computer software engineer- I can design one AND point out all the places where auditing can guarantee there is no funny business.
