Not true. Look up RNC Rule 40. The RNC can change the rules up till the convention starts. Rule 40 says an uncontested vote can only happen if the delegate leader has won at least 8 states with at least 50% + 1 votes. They lowered it to 5 states once, but raised it to 8 to prevent a non GOPe candidate from having a chance. The GOPe liked Bush and Rubio. Their hold over the delegate selection process means Rubio would be favored in an open vote. I don't like it, but that is what I predict.

Flush Little Marco and Common Core Kasich. Cruz has the best chance of beating Hillary, period and doesn’t have the baggage Trump has.
