Chief justice rejects plea to block air pollution rule--(Big Victory for Obama EPA)

upreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts rejected a plea Thursday to block a contentious air pollution rule for power plants in a big victory for the Obama administration.

Roberts’s order came despite his court’s 5-4 decision last year ruling that the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) regulation, known as the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards, is illegal.

Michigan led a group of 20 states last month — empowered by the Supreme Court’s recent unprecedented decision to halt the EPA’s carbon dioxide rule for power plants — in asking the court to live up to its ruling last year and block the regulation’s enforcement. “Unless this court stays or enjoins further operation of the Mercury and Air Toxics rule, this court’s recent decision in Michigan v. EPA will be thwarted,” the states wrote in a Feb. 23 filing with the court.

“A stay or injunction is appropriate because this court has already held that the finding on which the rule rests in unlawful and beyond EPA’s statutory authority.”

Roberts must have some real buried stink that Obama aims a shovel at on occasions.

Not the end of this....

The EPA has to submit some data...this just keeps it on hold...and not in effect.

Thank Nixon.

Trump is the one who is going to keep the EPA, he said so in Iowa.

What is Harvard Law School indoctrinating students with? It is certainly not the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers as the Founding States had intended for those powers to be understood.

In this case, state sovereignty-ignoring activist Chief Justice Roberts is blatantly ignoring that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate INTRAstate environmental issues.

And even if the states had delegated such powers to the feds, note that the Founding States had made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, to clarify that all federal legislative / regulatory powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, or in non-elected bureaucrats like those running the constitutionally undefined EPA. So Congress has a constitutional “monopoly” on federal legislative powers whether it wants it or not.

And by delegating federal legislative powers to federal officials outside the legislitive branch, powers that Congress doesn’t have in this case, Congress is wrongly protecting federal legislative powers from the wrath of the voters in blatant difiance of Sections 1-3 mentioned above.

Remember in November !

When patriots elect Trump, Cruz, or whatever conservative they elect, they need to also elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its Section 8-limited powers to support the new president, but also protect the states from unconstitutional federal government overreach as evidenced by EPA regulations.

Also, consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

Libido Dominadi....since the French Revolution-—took longer to control the USA with their local control of “education” until Carter Mind Control of all children. which wasn’t possible prior to the TV in all homes, and the creation of the Department of Education (federalization) and destruction of the Natural Family/marriage contract (women forced into the workforce so children were controlled and shaped by the State in artificial, group-think institutions (like orphanages).

Roberts is just another Skull and Bones/illuminati-type controlled individual, whom is allowed to ascend into “power” because he will promote their irrational, vile satanism which is needed for Mind Control and NWO (happy slaves/tribal mindsets/end of Western Civilization ideology).

Ted Gunderson/ William Colby—many people since JFK warned about the Shadow Government (the ruling elites who control everyone or kill them, like Colby and Gunderson).

It is just the “honey pot” Marxist control used, since before the 40s. They set up anyone who has potential and frame them early——and control them for life.

They become chess pieces run by the satanic, sodomites like Kissinger, Soros, Bankers, etc. They want their “behaviors” normalized and the ability to sacrifice and sodomize children like in their pagan Rites of Luciferianism, and will normalize their paganism/satanism (Pride in anal sex) in the schools, as they ban the ONLY theology which created Free Will and Individualism and Natural Rights from God——so that the satanists flip 2000 years of Ethics back to the paganism of the Spartans/Rites of Ba-al Worship (he/she/goat god). Children have to be warped and indoctrinated to eliminate the possibility of Reason and Logic-—reduce them to godless animals.

They have to create a mass of ignorant, stupid, “bots” first—like Huxley stated the elites were doing (trans-humanism). Dehumanization of our children in irrational, artificial indoctrination centers placed in front of screens their whole life-—programmed with artificial desires and ideology (socialism only—group (non) think tribal mindsets).

I’m not sayin’ — look up old posts in FR on the Affordable Care decision, where he was the tie-breaker. My surmise. Everybody bends to some pressure like a palm tree, or they break like a hemlock.

I think Roberts is a closet homosexual. Something very feminine about him when he talks under pressure.
