Thank you for referencing that article huldah1776. Please bear in mind that, with all due respect to Dr. Alveda King, this critique is directed at her and not at you.

Patriots, regarding so-called federal civil rights protections, please note the following. Most federal civil rights have been wrongly established outside the framework of the Constitution imo, unconstitutional federal protections established to win votes for corrupt federal politicians who will promise everything under the sun to low-information citizens in order to be elected and stay in office.

Patriots do not seem to understand that the feds have the constitutional authority only to strengthen those rights which the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect.

The problem with establishing rights outside the framework of the Constitution, the so-called right to have an abortion for example, is that pro-abortion factions must make sure that seats of power in DC are continuously filled by pro-abortion officials so that they can keep such PC rights alive.

Dr. King will have to keep the PC rights of the unborn alive by likewise making sure that seats are continuously filled with pro-life lawmakers, presidents and justices.

Again, having to keep seats of power in DC filled with the “right” people is the price that has to be paid for establishing PC civil rights outside the framework of the Constitution.

So the right not to be murdered is outside the Constitution?
