Why no one should be surprised that Donald Trump didn’t disavow the KKK (Race card is no surprise)

--SNIP-- Simply put, that's been a central part of almost every Republican presidential campaign and certainly many congressional races since Barry Goldwater became that party's presidential nominee in 1964. And those are campaign tactics, strategies and claims and arguments that have inculcated at least some portion of the entire electorate -- Republicans and Democrats alike -- with what are fundamentally racist, sometimes white supremacist ideas.

Why no one should be surprised the media pulled the Race Card.
No need to waste time reading the article. It reads like a liberal cliche. My reason for posting was to prove that whoever was running for the GOP would get smacked with the race card.

I completely agree with you, the KKK was the militant front for the democratic party. Trump disavowed the KKK no less than 4 previous times. But they keep asking the question, and let him miss or not hear clearly and already stated question, especially 1-2 days before a primary, and katy bar the door, it will be all over the news. And those who have not voted yet may not hear his response and vote differently, at least that is their hope. This is sleazeball tactics IMO. Didn’t I hear that Cruz would quit the race in a New York Second if he had a nod for the SCOTUS position?
