Well most treatment will get paid for by the taxpayers (via medicaid or Obamacare subsidies) so it's costing us a lot of dough.

The downside is that the medical profession and the government will do their best to keep the afflicted alive as long as possible so they can spread the disease to the other half of gay black men and as many others as possible. Rather than exterminate the disease by allowing those with it to die as fast as possible, we are acting as if HIV were a protected species by doing everything we can do to help it spread.

The ONLY downside of this is that WE will be paying for their medical care with OUR taxes

Medical insurance will skyrocket no matter who is president and plans offered.
