No candidate is required to release their tax return.

They are required to issue a disclosure form which they all have done. Cruz had to amend his because of something he left off. Sounds like Cruz doesn't hire the best.

Then once Trump is the GOP nominee, the IRS will give the all clear, at which point Trump will have no excuse and will be mercilessly pounded by the MSM — until the inevitable “bombshell” is finally revealed and Hilary romps to a landslide win.

The facts don't fit your fantasy. Trump has been audited every year for a long time. The current audits started long before he started running, and they usually take years in a business the size of Trump's.
