Hi, everybody. This week, we continued our mission to destroy ISIL.
This remains a difficult fight, and the situation in Syria and Iraq is incredibly complex. ISIL is entrenched, including in urban areas. It uses innocent civilians as human shields. Despite these challenges, I can report that we’re making progress. And this week, I directed my team to continue accelerating our campaign on all fronts.
Our 66-member coalition, including Arab partners, continues to grow stronger. More nations are making more contributions. Every day, our air campaign—more than 10,000 strikes so far—continues to destroy ISIL forces. And we continue to go after ISIL leaders and commanders—taking them out, day in, day out, one after another after another.

I for one am very interested in why he keeps insisting on using the term “ISIL” instead of what most readers and reports actually report as ISIS.
There IS a reason. Perhaps a thorough examination beyond the Levant/Syria description might be in order for those so inclined.
Just like his economic strategy and American workers.
Imagine Roosevelt telling Americans:
“My Nazi strategy has forced pay cuts for the SS.”

Obama’s use of the ISIL acronym is his sneaky way of ceding Israel to the butchers of ISIS.
An excellent example of why the world [rightfully] labels this SOB a pu$$y! Maybe he can really hurt them by forcing them on to 0bamacare!
I don’t think religious zealots who decapitate people, burn people alive, rape 9-year old girls, and execute Christians at will give a damn about their paychecks.

Most of the descriptions and ‘depictions’ of Levant are usually general in nature and while they contain areas that include today’s international nation boundaries, the graphics and descriptions usually omit an Israel. In other words, Levant, the L in in his “ISIL” is the ideal geography - one devoid of Israel as a sovereign entity. He’s a Muslim through and through in my book and that’s why he NEVER says ISIS even though Syria is now where he had entrapped us to support all sorts of Muslim rebels we won’t or can’t control.
Obama:
My ISIS strategy had forced ISIS employees to take a pay cut but they still get every other Thursday off if they kill an infidel and savage a family.
Thank you Mr. President for making it so difficult for them...
