Reuters just covered a story regarding US Appeals Court allowing Louisiana to enforce a law passed in 2014 which essentially closes all but one abortion provider in the state of 4.7 million.
It grants admitting privileges to hospitals for abortionists.
SCOTUS will hear another one from Texas next month.
TN passed regs on PP that would make them follow hospital inspection codes, have a doctor do them not some nurse or PA, and they called it eliminating abortions and fought tooth and nail to stop it. You would have thought they’d want the safety issues enforced, just as if you were having a hospital procedure done.
