The Trump supporters are like little kids with their fingers in their ears shouting la la la la la!

It's not that. It's politicians are not believable anymore. It's almost game over for this country and it's time for someone different, warts and all.

Cruz, imo, shines brighter on the 2nd amendment than does Trump, but, regardless, the 1st amendment would be hampered if the Donald gets his way [according to the link I previously posted].

Attention was raised on this [some time ago] in regard to Pamela Geller.

Unfortunately, the Solicitor General’s office has a very small staff...their responsibilities are litigation in front of both the Texas and US Supreme Court. The Solicitor General as well as the 7000+ state law enforcement officials report the the State Attorney General.....again, Cruz isgood attorney.... but no leadership creds....
Building a constitutional practice within a DC law firm.... Cruz plus 4 other attorneys and a smattering of staffers....again, good attorney, no real leadership creds....
I like Cruz.... probably a good Supreme Court Judge nominee (this Senate would never confirm him, they hate him....)

Sad you find the only way you want to make your argument is over some inane reference to Trump steaks....

I will however enjoy a nice glass of Merlot and a Cohiba cigar on the night Trump wins the nomination....

Keep on typing there in your Moms basement....

Inaccurate, incomplete and misleading soundbites that you regurgitate from others with little respect for accuracy is all you got....your basic “facts” I challenged earlier, you couldnt refute or even attempt to.....Pathetic...

You’re not worth wasting any more time on... Bye..bye!

First off, I have been working nearly full time for the past three years. I have been saving money for College, of which I am currently partaking. I am doing so with on loans, no scholarships or grants from the Government. If you ask me, my work ethic is one that should inspire all Americans. As to the instances of “inaccurate sound bites” I maybe wrongfully assumed that the people on here where smart enough to draw the connection I was leading towards, without having to explain it. For that huge mistaken assumption I apologize. So here it goes, the entire argument for Donald Trump is that he wins, he wins all the time. Yet when it comes to all of the Ventures I mentioned before he loses, Why? Did he miraculously lose his powers of winning, and then gain them back in time to run for president? Can he lose them again? He lead four companies into bankruptcy, is that winning? Now the biggest argument that most people would draw is that Trump picked the people to run them and he did not have any connection with those failures. However, Trumps biggest argument is that for things he has no understanding in he would choose the best people. I would posit haven’t we all ready seen the instances of him choosing the “Best People” to run things for him. (I.E. Trump Steaks, Trump Airlines, Trump University, and Trump the Board Game). Next someone might argue that he had no connection whatsoever to these ventures, however how could a man, as into branding as Donald Trump allow someone else to profit of of his name. If it happened then Donald had better start drawing up lawsuits, and not against fellow candidates for President.

You want a cookie for doing what you are expected to do as an adult? That was probably overly harsh, albeit accurate, so in the spirit of being a long time Freeper, congrats and good luck on your endeavor.

Hopefully you are taking business courses so you can get a basic grasp on business... Trump doesn’t just invest in real estate, he’s a business turn-around artist....

In over 400+ companies he has saved he lost 4 that had to be put into bankruptcy,,, these companies were heading to bankruptcy prior to Trumps involvment...

You can’t be in business and not lose a few...he wasn’t a Wallstreet corporate raider breaking apart companies.....he built companies...

You’re confused by the noise and not the substance....

The guy is loud, brash, crude and rude at times but he will be effective at reshaping Washington. Its way past time to take out the trash there....

He’s the only candidate that can do it...

I agree that Washington needs to be reshaped, however I want someone who can do so while maintaining and restoring the Constitution. Because it does not matter if DT can reshape it or not, or Ted it matters what it is that they use as the guideline. Ted I think will use the Constitution, Donald I am not so sure.

You’re right assuming that Trump is not a strict constitutionalist...based on his current positions and statements he’s more if a pragmatic conservative....
I like Cruz, he niether has the skillset or relationships to be an effective president. Additionally, he isn’t going to get the nomination.....
So unless you want the little rabid Chihuahua Rubio ( who is a total tool for the establishment) Trump is it...

I based my on an assessment of Cruz’s background and current experience.
Other than a strict adherence to constitution, where are the skillsets necessary to be president?
Soaring rhetoric does not a president make.....
