After Tuesday, when Cruz doesn’t win a single state and/or squeaks to a 1 point win in his home state, will you give it up? Please. It is like a chihuahua on my ankle, and the first few nips are no big deal but after months and months the ankle starts to get tender and it gets beyond annoying.

GA statewide:

1) if a candidate receives 50% of statewide vote, he gets all the statewide delegates

2) if no candidate receives 50%, those receiving at least 20% get a proportionate share of the statewide delegates. (and, yes, this could mean Trump gets all the statewide delegates with less than 50% if nobody else gets at least 20%).

District (3 apiece):

1. similar to 1 above

2. If no candidate gets 50%, the first place candidate gets 2 and the second place 1.

If Cruz wins Texas and both he and Rubio makes the threshold in Georgia and the other “winner-takes-most” states on Tuesday, we still have a meaningful contest.

If Cruz loses Texas and he and/or Rubio fail to make the threshold in many of the winner-takes-most states, it’s either over or its desperation time.

BTW this is how the process is supposed to work. Everything is going to schedule.

Cruz knows he is done. Thus he signed on to the GOPe brokered convention strategy. Pal up with Amensty Rubio and try to help pick off enough delegates from Trump. Not gonna happen but good to see Cruz play the establishment card.

I was never a Cruz supporter.

But I will b=never stop defending this country. You want all conservatives to shut up, just like a liberal college professor. They find it annoying too.

I have said numerous times I am not a Cruz supporter.

Childish insults? I have been called the foulest of names. How come that isn't a problem with you? I have so many accusations thrown at me.

It’s one thing to post opinion. It’s another to stalk, to post non-stop, to snark endlessly, to repeat the same old shibboliths over and over. It’s not just you, but you were a handy person to complain about on this thread. I am hoping at some point, after Trump has sewn it up, it will stop. Then, vote for him or Hillary, but cease with the argument about who the nominee should be. It is, or soon will be, over.

Go ahead! Complain about me. Someday you'll have to avoid me. Or you can say I was the Trump supporter, and you were always against him.

Some people will never think it’s a good idea to put a socialist Democrat who has no loyalty to us into office, especially as a Republican. The country will be almost defenseless.

If he doesn't work out, I will definitely blame you. It was people like you who pushed him to the left, like they said about Castro. :)

Apropos of my comment, isn’t that exactly the same thing you have been saying nonstop for 8 months now? We get it. We disagree with your assessment of what he is and what he will do, and we are willing to take the risk of disappointment. It won’t be the first time, but it may be the first time that we elect a socially liberal Republican (see George W. Bush) who also destroys the RNC system that shuts out conservatives from any potential for winning.
