This catastrophic alarmism is predicated on the assumption that a Trump victory would be accompanied by a loss of Congress. That new Congress, convening before the inauguration, would work with the last few days of the Obama regime to pass a horde of bills cementing Obama's agenda into law and cramming the courts with totalitarian ideologues.
I doubt it would happen this way, but the NR people seem traumatized by the mere thought of Trump winning.

The piece is hysterical, incoherent, conceited, and its writer is unhinged. It's the epitome of the disconnect which is occurring.
These idiots actually think they're wiser and smarter than the conservative "unwashed masses". They actually think they are the ones who should determine the parameters of true conservatism, and "guide" us to make the right choice.
