I know why you do it, it’s the ideological madness that you have that drug use is harmless and everyone is an island. You have no discretion since you think this ‘liberty to use’ overcomes everything including common sense.
You keep equating different drugs.
Wrong; to say that effect rises with amount used for both pot and booze is not to "equate" them. Do you deny that effect rises with amount used for both pot and booze?
No it doesn't and no you haven't. Weed makes people indifferent and lethargic. That's brain chemistry, established for a hundred years and not subject to opinion. The only people who are violent on weed are violent people on other drugs or alcohol who are also smoking weed to try to stay calm. Alcohol, by far, creates the most violence statistically. Weed, even by FBI studies, creates, statistically, no violence at all.
Yeah, how DO they get fat???
Pot, booze, tobacco, and triple-scoop sundaes are all harmful (to varying degrees).
and everyone is an island.
"No man is an island" is the liberals' favorite justification; thanks for outing yourself as a liberal.
You have no discretion since you think this 'liberty to use' overcomes everything including common sense.
One should always use common sense in exercising one's libeerty - which is why I choose not to use pot, booze, or tobacco. Other adults must be free to make their own choices, even if those choices differ from mine.
You may say that, but I’ve seen the damage first hand. Weed destroys far more.
There’s no data that shows a glass of wine a night is dangerous, in fact it may be beneficial.
Comparing pot to sundaes is the kind of absolute idiocy that one may expect from you Leroy.
Oh yeah. I remember one episode of “Saving Grace” where she was tied face down, naked on a bed, with a smiley face drawn in lipstick on her back.
They don’t make television like that any more.
And, no, I’m not going to post a screen shot. :)
Also people who are violence-prone even when sober as a judge.
Yep, because its a medical gold mine. Demonizing it has killed millions through sheer ignorance. And no, I don't take it in any form, and I know people who abuse it. But I also know drunks, too, yet I still named myself Talisker. What a mystery, eh? Its almost like there's some sort of discriminating intelligence at work.
Millions?
You buy liberal prop lock stock and barrel.
Weed intoxication has paradoxical effects very often. Paranoia and violent behavior. Like it or not, it’s just how the drug affects people.
Why, if you don’t use it, don’t you realize this? You’ve lied for 15 years on here Leroy about not-using. Time to fess yourself up.
There's no data that shows a glass of wine a night is dangerous, in fact it may be beneficial.
Nor that a hit of pot a night is dangerous. The dose makes the poison.
Comparing pot to sundaes
Which part of "varying degrees" did you not understand, Monty22/Monty22001?
Compare a massage to pot. Compare alcohol to pot. Compare whatever to whatever.
You’re still a pothead fool.

Through indolence, weed can do a lot of harm, especially in the brains of minors. In minors I believe it can permanently damage motivation and critical thinking capabilities. But for stimulating violence, no. Alcohol is the clear winner there.
Let's put it this way - if we replaced antidepressants with weed, I believe we'd get our country back. And I also think that exactly why antidepressants will never be replaced by weed.
Huh.
I thought it would be meth.
If you replaced them with weed, you’d have Bernie sanders being too far to the right for most pot users. It tends to transform people into FAR leftists hippies. That’s been a *fact* since the early 60’s.
Millions.

Way more booze around, nice and legal, too.
