STATEMENT BY SASC CHAIRMAN JOHN McCAIN ON BOMBING OF SCHOOLS & HOSPITALS IN SYRIA
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator John McCain (R-AZ), Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, released the following statement on the recent airstrikes on schools and hospitals in Syria:
“The intensification of Russian airstrikes in Syria over the past two days, including the bombing of schools and hospitals, is tragically unsurprising. After all, none of it violates the recent agreement for a cessation of hostilities, which permits Russian forces and its proxies to continue fighting for another week. As expected, our adversaries in Syria are using that time to accelerate and conclude their siege on Aleppo. Once that is done, they will be able to continue bombing terrorist groups, which the Putin and Assad regimes insist is everyone. This is diplomacy in the service of military aggression, and unfortunately, the Obama administration is enabling it. The cost is not only the lives of many more innocent Syrians, but the continued empowerment of ISIL and diminishment of U.S. credibility and influence in the Middle East.â€
Trump is right about McCain. A war hero is one who is caught, and escapes....lol....How many planes did McCain bury before he was caught?

We need to have standards and rules about civilians and children, but we need to be very flexible because if we telegraph that we will never hit anything marked “school, “ what will our enemies mark all of their headquarters and munitions warehouses? What about the schools and hospitals that were bombed in Serbia in 1999, with YOUR hearty approval, John McCain?
