Ignoring recent US sanctions on Iran's ballistic missile program, Iranian Armed Forces Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Hassan Firouzabadi on Monday announced planned "massive missile drills," to be held by the end of February.

Firouzabadi was quoted by the semi-official Fars News Agency saying the "missile wargames" are set for the first half of the Iranian month of Esfand, which spans from February 11 to March 5.

A key weapon being developed by Iran is its nuclear-capable medium-range Emad missiles, which Tehran recently vowed to upgrade. Emad is said to have a 1,700 kilometer range, putting Israel and much of eastern Europe squarely in its sights.

In light of an Iranian Emad test last October 10, in breach of UN sanctions, US President Barack Obama's administration in January announced it was leveling sanctions on Iran's missile program - sanctions which Iran promptly vowed to defy.

So the Iranians are basically saying they will fire ballistic missiles on the southern army if it makes a move toward Syria. And also probably the northern army (Turkey). And the Iranians do have Chemical and biological WMD. Obama has done a marvelous job agitating the community. Hey if John McCain said Obama would make a good President, this must be what the war party wants.

What a great leader Obama has become. {{{{sarc}}}}

These igmos set off an arms race and what could possibly be WW3 in the Middle East.

Good grief, everything liberals touch. It's almost as if they live in a delusion.

There are time when I cannot decide if they are simply ignorant of basic human nature or they have a secret wish to watch the world burn.

What a coincidence.

North Korea's Kim orders more rocket launches (Feb 14, 2016)

Iran and North Korea launch, then Russia launches. That will make for quite a nukefest.
