Why Donald Trump's vicious attack on George W. Bush was so brutally effective — and brilliant

What Donald Trump said is he would not fund anything at Planned Parenthood that has to do with abortion. Since most of us suspect that almost everything they do has to do with abortion, it pretty much cuts them off. He also said he didn’t want anything that happens to negatively effect women’s health. How can you possibly object to that, which is the most realistic way to stop the slaughter of pre-separation infants?

Do you know what a real cult of personality is?

Consider this: There has been a Bush as either President or Vice President for 20 of the past 35 years. Add 8 years of Clinton as President and you have two families dominating the national political stage for 28 of the past 35 years or 80% of the time. And this does not include Hillary Clinton’s four years as Secretary of State under Obama or her failed run at the presidency in 2008. Nine out of the past 10 Presidential election cycles, including this one, have seen a Bush or a Clinton in the mix.

I know of women who when broke have gone there for things other than abortion.

I perosnally think they should be put out of business for what they’ve done regarding abortion but the fact remains that it isn’t all they do.

Trump has advocated something I agree with which is for those of us who can fend for ourselves we can buy insurance from companies that compete across state lines and for those who are truly unable to take care of themselves there sould be a Medicaid type system to make sure they aren’t “dying on the streets”. So in that instance there would be absolutely no need for PP - they could just go to a real doctor.

He saves most of his attacks for Republicans, like when he was a Democrat up until he was 65 years old. Now that he’s nearly 70, it’s hard for him to attack the Democrats. After all, he’s funded them most of his life. Being a Republican is all new to him. His contempt for them is longstanding and visceral. He just learned that he’s a conservative when he decided he needed to be president. So he’s kind of behind the curve on what we believe. And he’s spoiled super rich brat. That’s why he’s such a crybaby when things don’t go his way.

RE: What Donald Trump said is he would not fund anything at Planned Parenthood that has to do with abortion.

Your logic is twisted. You give them funding you are feeding their bottom line which explands their ability to abort human beings. Not to mention 99.9% of what they do is abortions. You people are sick.

“In Donald Trumps alternate universe Planned Parenthood does good things. He’s in lala land.”

And yet ANOTHER paid troll posts stupid negative comments entirely irrelevant to the issue at hand simply because he gets paid by the post to stir up bad feelings at FR.

I agree. Cruz can’t break through Hillary and the media’s promotion of her. He’ll nibble at her in his annoying ferrety manner but Trump will blow her clear across the stage. No contest between Trump or Cruz.

He’s a scumbag. The Kurds died from WMDs. There was no mistake. In any case, that was 13 years ago.

The control of trillions of dollars v the American worker is what this is.

I find it bizarre that so many here have bought Cruz hook, line and sinker...and then are so nasty about it.

Interesting info here:

I wonder if Donald Trump has fully considered the level of deranged pyschopathy he is up against. And if he somehow thinks he can defeat it and its deranged minions.
How does Donald Trump rescue the USA from the doomed path that it is on.
And STAY ALIVE?????
Curious minds NEED to know???

If your speaking of Trump and Hillary debating, Hillary would eat him for lunch and then smile. He cant go into substantive issues and only talks BS. Cruz on the other hand, would mop both Hillary and Trump with the floor even if its 2 against 1.

I don’t think it takes a political genius to figure out that attacking the Bush family is a good move in 2016. It’s amazing how repulsed so many Americans from all over the political spectrum are at the mere mention of that name ... and rightly so.

“It’s clear why you love Cruz.....two liars in a pod. Trump said Planned Parenthood did some good things..........sheesh how about employing secretaries at Planned Parenthood to keep our unemployment low? Is that not good?”

You are kidding, right? Yemen is supporting terrorists to kill Americans, too. Is that good, too? I mean, we ARE talking about DEAD AMERICANS here, right?

Donald Trump parrots liberal talking points on Iraq.

FRumpsters agree, sound like Salon & Democrat Underground.

The only thing missing was characterizing Dick Cheney was the devil.

Then if that turns out to be true that he thinks that, we can kick him out after 4 years. But first I’m gonna hire him to stop the Mexican and moslem flood.
It sure doesn’t make sense to hire a Spanish speaker to do that. Cruz, Rubio, and Bush can go speak their jibber jabber in the corner.

What Trump seems to be saying is either the abortions will end or Planned Parenthood won’t be funded. That’s a logical way to stop funding them, unless they totally give up abortions. It’s a sensible approach and can’t be framed as depriving women of health care.
