McConnell and the Senate Republicans in charge have EVERY Constitutional right and authority to vote NO on any of Obama’s picks.
The latest I hear on this matter is that a)already many Democrats are asserting, including the White House, that OBama will immediately begin appointing a new Justice.

Yon ladies and gems....THIS WILL BE THE TEST!
The so-called establishment guys should be getting a discontent message from the voters and let us see if they grow a pair and hold up that supreme court nomination until after the election.
The Democrats won’t take this sitting down....it’s going to be nasty.

Obama is very clear on “ I will say NO/Veto” on his programs, so it’s time for the Republican controlled Senate and House to say NO on their responsibility of not letting the Supreme Court become a Rubber Stamp Majority for the opposition.
I hope people care A LOT. And I hope they show the Senators that they care. We should never forgive any Senator who votes to confirm a liberal judge.
