How many of those protesting common sense policy, actually live in South Dakota? It is certainly not the business of anyone in another State. The Founders did not create a consolidated monolith; only a framework for cooperation on common problems.
A transgender’s “right” to swing its fist no longer is curtailed at the beginning of your nose.
How can someone have a “right” to violate someone else’s rights?
Why do they consider the status of the human body (physical reality)/nature to be the lie and the status of their mind (changeable, subject to mental defect and delusion) to be the truth?
If I think I’m black and I’m lily white, then I’m white (and nuts). If I think I’m Jesus or Napoleon, then I’m nuts.
But if I have a swinging cod between my legs and I think I’m a woman, I’m not nuts.

Also, the idea that their human body being the wrong gender is a mistake is poor logic. The brain is also another organ, like their genitalia. If they can consider that their body is a mistake, why can they not consider that their brain is also a mistake?
I would posit that extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.

No they didn't. They just weren't allowed to get their non-approved opinions on the National airwaves because Liberal Fascists control virtually all mass communications systems.
Give conservatives access to the Microphones and Television cameras and in 10 years this could be flipped back the other way.
There ought to be a law banning liberals from working in Media industries. They always misuse their positions to push their worldview.
