The group only said that the former Virginia senator will share his “5 Most Important Principles for Foreign Policy.”

Jim Webb has no chance as an Indie.

The Democratic Party didn’t want a moderate Democrat.

Webb has no political home and nothing in the way of real support.

Along with Bloomberg, he smells blood in the Democrat water.

There’s more than just a whiff of instability in Webb.

Yeah, it almost makes me wonder if Biden is going to somehow enter the picture at the convention.

I’d take any one of the potentials besides that witch Hillary. She needs to be staked through the nomination heart in my opinion. We need that family politically desiccated and embalmed for posterity. Not in control in any manner.

yeah, but after seeing him in the debate, i liked him.

would NEVER vote for him, but not all republicans are FReepers. and most wont look up his lousy voting record in congress.

And I dont see how running as an independent causing chaos on the dem side.

He was a republican once. Always a marine. Maybe a threat to take 3 or 4 percent.

Isn’t he way too late? He dropped out long ago, and I doubt he has much of an organization at this point. Maybe he has a book in publications and wants the publicity.

Nor does Mr. Webb have anything to say. If he could go back to 1988, and relive his life, he could have been a player. Now, it’s way past late.

“I do. I want more chaos on the democrat side.”

The Dems are looking a lot like 1968. HHH stole the election from Eugene McCarthy, after McCarthy eliminated the old and corrupt (but obvious) dem nominee, LBJ. There were riots in the streets of Chicago. The Chicago 7, the Weathermen and all that.

If Biden or HRC “steal” the nomination from Sanders, do his supporters riot or leave the party? There’s really no place to go if they leave the party unless Trump tacks left in the general election (an event that wouldn’t surprise me).

Maybe Webb thinks he might be in line for Bloomberg’s VP choice?
