He is really stupid. This is Ted’s “Read my lips” moment. You never sign anything. Lord what is he 13? So he is going to balance the budget in 2018 (his first budget he is responsible for). And due to the fact that this is being said, the Democrats are going to make sure he fails for sure. Dummy. Does he think the President balances the budget or have anything to do with it?
