Senator Perdue Blocks Open Borders Judge (send him a thank you!)

As we often highlight studies in cowardice and betrayal here at Conservative Review, it's satisfying to finally have the opportunity to spotlight a profile in courage, especially from someone not named Cruz, Lee, Paul, or Sessions. Today I’d like to commend Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) for his work in derailing another Obama judicial nomination.

Last month, we noted that the GOP-Senate plans to confirm more Obama judges this year, allowing him to cement his control over the judiciary. Rather than simply saying "no more judges who don't believe in the Constitution," most Republicans are running scared. After all, Mitch McConnell has already announced he wants to avoid all confrontation with the White House this year.

I voted for him. But I’d come to wonder if he was just another backstabbing RINO just like Isakson here in Georgia. Maybe there IS some hope for him. Blocking ANY judge that Obama wants is good in my opinion.

About darn time at least one of our Georgia elected officials stood up for it’s citizens.

Apropos of nothing, it would be amusing to have a ticket of Purdue / Sanders. Get it?! Wink, wink. (OK. I know it is childish humor, but I can’t help myself.)

Indeed

Mr. Perdue has been a mixed bag but seems to come through on big things

WEll good. I reluctantly voted for Perdue and so far until now he has been about what I expected, a go along RINO. Maybe he will be somewhat better than Chambliss.

I am certainly hoping. Isakson is a lost cause for sure. I’m going to primary him for sure if he gets an opponent.

Isakson is the worst of the worst. I voted for Herman Cain in the first election and then when Johnny won I voted for him in the general. That was it. I have never voted for him again. I just skip that part of the ballot. If anybody on the GOP or Libertarian Ticket runs agains’t him they have my vote.
